Is Manual Therapy What You Need?
Most people who come to us for hands-on treatment are in one of these four situations.
Your pain keeps coming back
You get relief for a day or two, then it returns. Usually that means the tissue is being treated but the underlying movement problem is not.
You are stiff after surgery or an injury
The repair healed, but the joint does not move the way it used to. Scar tissue and guarding do not resolve on their own.
You have tried treatment that did not hold
Many of the patients we see have already been somewhere else. Often they got a few minutes of hands-on work and then spent the rest of the visit on their own with a heat pack.
You want to get back to sport or daily activity
Golf, running, tennis, lifting, or just walking without thinking about it. You need the restriction cleared and the movement retrained.
Not sure which one fits you? Call us (561) 834-3330 and we will tell you straight.

What Is Manual Therapy?
Manual therapy is skilled, hands-on treatment performed by a physical therapist to reduce pain, improve joint mobility, decrease muscle tension, and restore normal movement.
Pain and stiffness usually come from a mix of things: a joint that is not gliding properly, muscle tissue that has tightened up around it, scar tissue after surgery, or fascia that has lost its slide. Manual therapy addresses those restrictions directly with the therapist's hands.
Depending on your case, treatment may include joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, scar tissue mobilization, and assisted range of motion work.
It is not a standalone treatment at our clinic. We use it inside a full rehabilitation plan, because clearing a restriction is only useful if you then teach the body to move correctly and hold that change.
What Hands-On Treatment Helps You Do
Reduce pain and muscle tension
Increase flexibility
Improve circulation to healing tissue
Get back to work, daily activity, and sport
Improve joint mobility and range of motion
Reduce stiffness after surgery or injury
Move and function better day to day
Conditions We Treat
Manual therapy is used as part of a larger rehabilitation plan. These are the cases where we use it most.
Back pain, knee pain, and foot pain are the three we see most often, but the list is not exhaustive. If you do not see your condition here, call us. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

What a Manual Therapy Session Looks Like
No guesswork about what you are paying for. Here is the actual sequence.
Full evaluation
We start with a complete evaluation. We take your history, test your movement, find where the restriction actually is, and identify what caused it. Manual therapy is not the plan until we know it belongs in the plan.
Hands-on treatment
Your therapist works directly on the restricted joint or tissue using the techniques appropriate to your case. This is a doctor of physical therapy with their hands on you, not a technician following a sheet.
Movement and loading
Immediately after the hands-on work, we put the new range to use. Freeing a joint and then sending you home does not last. Using it does.
Progression between visits
Your plan moves forward as you improve. That may include neuromuscular reeducation, strengthening, and a home program you can actually follow.
In our clinic, the therapist who evaluates you is the therapist who treats you, every visit, for the full session. Nobody is relearning your case from a chart, and nobody hands you off halfway through.

Request a Callback Within 24 Hours
Tell us what is bothering you and where it hurts. We will call you back within 24 hours and let you know whether manual therapy makes sense for your situation.
What Treatment Costs and How Payment Works
We will be direct with you, because most clinics are not.
MotionPro does not accept insurance. We are a cash-pay practice, and manual therapy is delivered as part of a physical therapy plan rather than sold as a separate session.
Here is what that buys you. Your appointment is one-on-one with a doctor of physical therapy for the entire session. You see the same therapist every visit. There is no rotating staff, no shared floor time, and no session cut short because other patients are waiting.
In our experience, patients ask about insurance early, and many still choose to work with us once they understand what the sessions actually include and how much faster progress moves when someone is paying attention the whole time.
Call (561) 834-3330 and we will walk you through current rates and what your plan would look like.

Why Athletes Choose MotionPro
Manual therapy is not equipment. It is a skill, and the result depends entirely on the person doing it and how much time they actually spend with their hands on you.
That is the whole reason we built the clinic this way. One patient at a time, in a quiet space, with the same doctor of physical therapy from evaluation through discharge.
Our patients range from people in their thirties working back from a sports injury to people in their seventies rebuilding mobility after surgery. The treatment plan changes for each of them. The level of attention does not.
Personalized treatment at every appointment
A consistent therapist for each appointment
Treatment by a doctor of physical therapy at every appointment
Access to your therapist, including evenings and weekends
