Your session is yours
Most of the patients who come to our clinic with prior Physical Therapy experience elsewhere have the following complaints.
The Volume Model
X Two or three patients in the same hour
X Set up on a machine, then left alone
X An aide checks your rep count
X The program stays the same whether it is working or not
At MotionPro
✓ One patient per appointment, start to finish
✓ Your therapist watches how you move
✓ Form corrected in real time
✓ Plan adjusted mid-session when something is not responding
That volume model works for the clinic's schedule. It does not work for your recovery.
Conditions We Treat Most Often
We are a one-on-one outpatient physical therapy practice. Most of what comes through our door falls into a handful of categories.
Neck and Back Pain
Sciatica, disc issues, poor posture, stiffness, and pain that radiates into an arm or leg.
Shoulder and Knee Pain
Rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, meniscus tears, arthritis, and post-injury weakness.
Balance, Walking, and Fall Risk
Unsteadiness, gait problems and frequent falls. We will improve your balance and help you with a fall prevention strategy.
Hip and Ankle Injuries
Impingement, labral issues, sprains, Achilles pain, and plantar fasciitis.
Post-Surgical Recovery
Joint replacements, ligament reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, and spinal procedures
Not sure which one fits? Call (561) 834-3330 and we will help you to decide if we are your best fit.
What You Expect at Your First Visit
If you have never been to physical therapy, or your last experience was not a good one, here is exactly what to expect.
You will complete intake paperwork, then spend the rest of the appointment with your therapist. Not a technician. Not an aide. One of our doctors.

How We Build Your Plan of Care
Frequency and Dosage Built Around Your Goals
How many sessions, how often, and what each one is meant to accomplish. Anchored to what your goals may be: work, the golf course, walking without holding the wall.
A Home Program You Will Actually Use
We will give the tools to make your Home Exercise Program easy and successful. Two patients with the same diagnosis rarely need the same program, so yours is built for your needs.
Understanding Your Own Condition
We explain our findings and discuss how to properly address them. Ultimately the goal is to give you the tools to manage the situation by yourself and to prevent the symptoms from arising again.
Schedule your evaluation and get a plan built for your situation.

Conditions We Treat Most Often
Manual Therapy
Hands-on joint and soft tissue work to restore movement and reduce pain.
Dry Needling
Releases stubborn trigger points that hands-on work alone has not resolved.
Neuromuscular Re-education
Retrains the connection between your brain and your muscles after injury or surgery.
Blood Flow Restriction Training
Build strength with light loads when heavy loading is not safe yet.
Modalities
Heat, ice, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound to support the active work, never to replace it.
